仕事内容:

まずは、ご経験やスキルに応じた業務からご担当いただきます。

将来的には、人事領域を俯瞰的に捉え、戦略的な視点で制度運用・組織推進に関与いただけることを期待しています。

▼主な業務例(ご経験・適性に応じて調整)

・採用業務全般(中途・臨時雇用・派遣/ビザ手続きを含む)

・人事評価の運営および制度改善(システム運用を含む)

・研修プログラムの企画・運営、育成体系の見直し

・雇用契約書・委任契約・業務委託契約など、人事関連契約の締結・管理

・労務関連の相談対応、制度整備、外部専門家との連携

・人事制度・業務プロセスの見直し、DX推進、業務効率化の企画・実行

人事課では、採用・評価・研修・労務などの各業務に主担当を配置し、課員どうしが連携しながら業務を進めています。

ご入職後は、いずれかの業務の主担当を担って頂き、

その後、ジョブローテーションを通じて人事業務全体への理解を深めていただくと共に、

組織運営にも関与頂くことを想定しています。

求める人材:

【必須スキル・経験】

・学士号以上を取得していること(分野は不問)

・人事業務全般の実務経験5年以上

・人事業務遂行に必要な労務関連知識

・事務職としての経理・法務の基礎知識

・PCスキル:Word、Excel、PowerPoint(内部資料作成レベル)、Teams、Sharepoint、OneDrive

【必要言語・レベル】

・日本語:ネイティブレベル

・英語:読み書きが遅滞なくできる・日常会話以上(TOEIC700点以上)

【歓迎スキル・経験】

・非日本語話者職員に対する対応経験

・採用担当として採用企画から運営まで一通りの業務経験
