Job Description: Spend Management Solution Advisor (Pre-Sales)

About the Role

  • Spend Management Solution Advisor (Pre-Sales) plays a strategic role that goes beyond simple product demonstrations.

As a key member of the VAT team, will be responsible for designing and executing proposal strategies tailored to each customer engagement.

  • This position offers an exceptional opportunity to directly contribute to customers' business transformation and process efficiency across diverse areas including Procurement, Supplier Management, Finance, and Manufacturing Management.
  • The solution scope covers a broad range — from core Procurement and Supplier Management to Category Management, External Workforce Management, BDC, and AI integration.
  • Under SAP's "Suite First" strategy, you will emphasize not just individual products, but the value of end-to-end integration with the SAP Digital Core (ex:S/4HANA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate IAE , AE to lead GTM activity on sales opportunity
  • Drive customer proposal activities for SAP Spend Management Solutions (Mainly SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass)
  • Provide custom demo , proposal presentation , proposal making , technical Q&A as Spend Management solutions
  • Provide direction on business transformation and guide customers toward project realization
  • Promote integrated proposals under the SAP Suite First strategy (end-to-end "All-SAP" value)
  • Lead integrated solution proposals combining related technologies such as SAP BTP, DocuSign, BDC, and AI
  • Work with APAC and Global SA team(Possibility with global deal conducting opportunity)

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Interest or experience in Procurement or Material Management solution sales, pre-sales, or implementation
  • Familiarity or curiosity about Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Planning, or Direct Material Procurement
  • Ability to travel up to 40%

  • Japanese : Fluent
