【 Job Description】
*As a Cloud Management and Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks
・Cloud (mainly SaaS used by all employees) management and operation
・Vendor management (work instructions, inquiries, coordination, etc.)
・Planning and promotion of cloud-related projects
・Responding to internal user inquiries related to cloud computing
・Responding to cloud-related problems
・(Communication with group companies (including overseas offices)
【 Requirements】
Required
・Experience (1-2 years) in implementing, designing and building IT systems (regardless of cloud)
・Experience implementing or replacing SaaS used by all employees
・Experience managing and operating Slack/GoogleWorkplace/Microsoft365/Attlasian (JIRA, Confluence), etc.
・Daily conversational level of Japanese
Preferred
・Experience in business automation by scripts, etc.
・Experience in IdP management and operation
・Experience with device management systems (MicrosoftEndpointManager/JamfPro)
・Business level English (as there will be work with employees from overseas and overseas offices)
