主な業務内容

・設備の運転、点検業務

・設備の監視業務

・異常時の処理業務

・軽修理作業業務

・工事立会

年間休日120日以上のゆとりあるシフト制で月間カレンダーによる計画的な勤務

ポートライナー「医療センター前駅」徒歩3分の好立地で通勤ラクラク

求める人材:

[必須条件]

・年齢18歳以上(深夜業務があるため)

・59歳以下の方(定年60歳の為)

・設備や電気関係の業務経験または基礎知識(工業高校卒など)

・簡単なWordやExcelなどの入力ができる

[あれば尚可]

・第二種電気工事士

・ビルメンテナンスの経験

・ビル管理に必要な資格(消防設備士、危険物など)

・未経験OK

勤務時間・曜日:

変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)

①8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

②8:30~翌8:29(休憩120分/仮眠6時間)

①②のシフト制

〇残業あり(月平均10時間)

〇36協定あり(99.75時間/月、720時間/年 ※機械トラブルへの対応、天災による復旧作業、大規模クレームへの対応など)

休暇・休日:

・シフトによる
