Sales Operations Business Management Staff W Description
Join our team as a Sales Operations Business Management Staff at JNTL Consumer Health K.K. In this role, you will play a key part in the company's Revenue Growth Management (RGM) by providing analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive GTS, NTS, and GP growth for KENVUE and our retail partners.
- Grow sales by more than 10% annually for key focus items
- Improve NTS and GP ratio to align with our growth goals
Achieving other KPIs:
- Maximize Gross Profit and ROI for TP/CP
- Enhance CIW items
Role Duty & Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Target Setting:
- Support decision makers in setting targets for GTS, NTS, and budgets
- Transform data into actionable insights through structured reports
- Provide standard reports to update sales investments status
- Train teams for efficient sales processes
Promotional Analysis:
- Conduct promotional analysis per SKU, Customers, Channels, and events
- Identify suitable promotional activities/products based on shopper insights
- Create effective promotional guidelines for brands, customers, and channels
- Optimize budget allocation for promotional activities
Portfolio Optimization:
- Analyze white spots in the portfolio per SKU, Customers, and channels
- Determine optimal sizes per store format to boost sales and profit
- Develop portfolio architecture for brands, customers, and channels
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in Finance/RGM, Trade Marketing, or Business Operations
- Proven ability to take on new challenges and exceed expectations
- Proficiency in Cross-functional Project Management and Process/Workflow improvement
