Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The main aim of the eCommerce (eCom) team is to create a seamless and top-notch consumer journey that exceeds our consumer's expectations while achieving our goals. This role is crucial in delivering locally relevant content to consumers by ensuring content quality aligns with brand standards.

In addition, this position will strongly support Japan's objectives by driving eCom business growth through collaboration with the Sr Manager in Digital Growth Planning and executing projects and business/promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage FAANS system operations including user account management and support in collaboration with the Zozotown team.
  • Review and approve/disapprove images/videos and comments from store staff. Provide feedback and assist in improving content where necessary.
  • Enhance and develop staff styling processes and capabilities by working closely with the consumer experience team and external service providers.
  • Lead staff styling projects to increase post volumes by partnering with retail teams and utilizing incentive schemes.
  • Collaborate with eCom/retail buying team to create recommended styling coordinates for store staff.
  • Update store and staff information in the FAANS system.
  • Conduct photography and posting workshops at stores as needed.
  • Organize monthly photo sessions at the office by involving retail staff and office employees.
  • Update guidelines and manuals for staff styling.
  • Monitor staff styling market trends and competitors' activities, sharing reports periodically.
  • Track and report weekly staff styling performance metrics such as revenue, post numbers, traffic, and AOV.
  • Input staff styling information into VM WEEKLY TRADING FOCUS distributed to stores by retail teams as required.
  • Select and provide photos for other channels such as wholesale, PF, and newsletters where needed.
  • Select and update images for adidas app lookbook bi-weekly, monitoring performance.
  • Organize staff styling photo shoot events in the office.
  • Support Sr Manager in Business Management by assisting in projects, KPI reporting, and business/promotion planning.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and profitability.
  • Keenness to learn new skills, knowledge, and trends in the Ecommerce market.
  • Experience in visual merchandising or staff styling content management to provide effective lectures and feedback to store staff.
  • Understanding of the significance of staff styling and its trends.
  • Analytical and independent problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
  • Strong communication abilities with stakeholders across various functions.
  • Knowledge and experience in Retail Stores Operation.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
