About Organization

The Unified Monitoring & Rescue Operations Department is responsible for overseeing service and network quality to maintain the resiliency of the Cloud Native Network. It is at the forefront of managing and maintaining positive customer experience and ultimately, increasing Rakuten Mobile's brand loyalty and revenue.

Job Duties

Work style:
9:00-17:30 365 days a year (shift work/no night shift)
Details:

  • Handling complaints from customers due to NW
  • Handling complaints from corporate customers due to BSS
  • Escalation work to the responsible team
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Reading, writing, and conversation in English and Japanese
  • Have the ability to perform work management and incident management
  • Able to understand priorities appropriately and judge the situation
  • Have communication skills that enable smooth collaboration across multiple departments and with vendors.
  • Able to perform work appropriately according to superior's instructions
  • Languages:

    English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
