Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The main goal of the eCommerce (eCom) team is to ensure a seamless consumer journey that surpasses expectations while aligning with targets. This role is crucial in providing locally relevant content to consumers by maintaining content quality to brand standards.

Additionally, this position will actively contribute to the objectives in Japan, specifically driving eCom business growth and supporting the Senior Manager in Digital Growth Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage FAANS system operations, including user account tasks and collaboration with the Zozotown team.
  • Review and approve/disapprove images/videos and comments from store staff, providing feedback for improvement when necessary.
  • Enhance staff styling processes by collaborating with consumer experience teams and external service providers.
  • Drive staff styling projects to increase post numbers by working closely with retail teams and leveraging incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with eCom/retail buying teams to develop styling recommendations for store staff.
  • Update store and staff information in the FAANS system.
  • Conduct photography and posting sessions at stores and office locations.
  • Organize monthly photo sessions at the office with retail staff and office employees.
  • Update guidelines and manuals for staff styling.
  • Research staff styling market trends and provide regular reports.
  • Monitor and report on weekly staff styling performance metrics.
  • Input staff styling information into VM WEEKLY TRADING FOCUS for distribution to stores.
  • Select and provide photos for other channels as needed.
  • Update images for the adidas app lookbook bi-weekly and analyze performance.
  • Coordinate staff styling photo shoot events at the office.
  • Support Business Management in project execution, KPI reporting, and business/promotion planning.

  • Retail activation, buying, and store teams
  • Digital Activation and eCom Buying teams
  • Own site UX/UI, DVM, Membership, and DPC teams
  • External staff styling service provider

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and profitability
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends in the Ecommerce market
  • Experience in visual merchandising or staff styling management for providing effective feedback
  • Understanding of staff styling importance and trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication with stakeholders across different functions
  • Knowledge and experience in Retail Store Operations

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Japanese language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
