【仕事内容】
ピラティス・ヨガを通じたお客様の目標実現を支援し、入会から継続利用まで一貫して「成果が出る体験」をサポートいただきます。
ご経験を活かし、既存の業務フローの改善や仕組みづくりにも関わっていただけます。
【業務内容】
・お客様へのコンサルティング(課題のヒアリングと解決提案)
・最適なサービスプランの提案
・入会後のレッスン活用に関するサポート(オンライン面談/架電・受電対応)
・問い合わせ分析、改善提案のフィードバック
・FAQの整備・更新、ナレッジベースの管理
・CS向上のためのツール導入・施策の企画 など

【勤務時間】07:00〜16:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均15時間〜25時間

【給与】
400万円〜550万円
月給制 基本給224000円〜
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月30時間分として56000円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
