新卒】生産管理/営業事務職 (その他金属製品製造に係る軽度業作業

仕事内容:

主に建築・仮設部材や農機具部品など金属製品製造にかかる生産管理を行う。 ※太字が日常の主となる業務です。

・生産予定計画や材料管理、納期/原価/在庫管理/帳票作成など営業事務を行う

・製品の検品や製造過程に伴う軽作業、出荷準備を行います。(配達する場合も有

★定期的に場内の様子を確認、ときに検品や軽作業を行いながら、製造を行う職人(溶接工・プレス工)と連携をとって頂きたいです。


また、

必要に応じて生産管理に加えて以下金属製品製造業務も行う。

以下の全てを行う訳ではなく製造業務は本人の希望や能力を考慮し仕事内容を確立します。

・CADソフトを使い、図面データの作成

・人の手による各種溶接/量産のためのロボット溶接

・プレス機で圧力をかけて製品の曲げや成型

・その他金属製品製造に係る業務

※金属製品製造に係る業務は主となる業務と両立できる範囲で行うもの。主の業務に支障が生じたり、本人の負担になる場合は行う必要はありません。何か一つでも製造業務で出来ることを見出していただけたら幸いと思っております。

【あれば尚よいスキル】

パソコンがある程度使える(Word・Excelなど)と良いですが、分からなくても大丈夫です。

生産管理は社内基幹システムを使います。一から使い方をお教えしますのでご安心ください。

何よりも"意欲的であること"が一番必要なことです。

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間

8:00 ~ 17:00(内8時間)

・休憩時間

10:00 ~ 10:10

12:00 ~ 12:40

15:00 ~ 15:10(合計60分)

・時間外労働

注文過多の際のみ残業があります。(残業は1日当たり1時間まで)

月平均:3時間

ここ数年は1日に1時間を超える残業はありません。

長時間の肉体労働と近隣住民への配慮から必要以上の残業を無くし、注文過多であっても1日の残業時間は1時間までとしています。

休暇・休日:

※土曜日は出勤日があります。年間カレンダーにて予め出勤日は決まっております。
