【調達本部】

・当社製品に使用する直接部材 (原材料・部品) を適正価格で適切なタイミングに調達をおこなう役目を担っています。

・そのために、世界情勢・部材市況・関係先経営状況を的確に把握して、迅速かつ効率的な対応がとれる体制構築を図っていきます。

【企画部のミッション】

私達のミッションは、社会環境の変化に柔軟に対応しながら、調達本部全体の活動を俯瞰したESG経営を実践します。

環境活動推進により組織のリスク最小化と効率性向上を図り、サスティナブルな未来を目指します。

  • 募集背景

・健全な企業活動、グローバル経営をおこなっていくためには、CSR・ESG活動は最重要取り組みとなっております。刻々と変わっていく社会情勢・経営環境に迅速に的確にキャッチアップするためのCSR・ESG活動を力強く推進するため、知見・経験を持った方を募集します。知見・経験がなくても、調達業務に携わってきた方で、CSR・ESGに関心・興味がある方であれば、大歓迎です。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

①法令遵守活動(下請法・SOX法・欧州電池規制・欧州企業サステナビリティ報告指令・欧州企業サステナビリティ・デューデリジェンス指令等)

②人権デューデリジェンス対応(パナソニックCSRアセスメント対応等)

③契約書・覚書締結管理業務

④調達管理指標(KPI)管理

⑤調達部門各種イベントの企画・運営

⑥調達部門研修・教育の企画・運営

⑦購入先管理業務(マスター登録・評価・精選)

資格・スキル・経験など

【必須】

・コミュニケーション能力、対外折衝能力、調整能力をお待ちの方

・マイクロソフトエクセル、PowerPointが活用できる方

・調達業務経験(5年以上)またはリーダー/係長としてのマネジメント経験

【歓迎】

・下請法・SOX法に対する知見

・契約書・覚書締結作業経験者

・論理的思考、説得力、粘り強さ

・英語もしくは中国語の素養がある方

・調達バイヤー経験
