【仕事内容】
宅地造成を主体とした、造成企画設計・実施設計・行政技術協議のトータル設計を担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
・地盤についての「高低差」や「軟弱地盤」といった課題に対し、技術的視点からの工夫やアイデアで解決していく業務です。
・「造成、擁壁」等の設計業務全般や、「盛土・切土・地盤改良」等の設計業務も行います。
・個人の発想力を活かし、各現場の工期やコストを工夫した設計を行うことができます。
・行政協議などで、土木建築関連の法規の知識を身に着けながら、許可を取得するための技術折衝といった幅広い経験が積めます。
【求める人材】
■下記のいずれかに該当する方
・造成、擁壁等の設計経験をお持ちの方(戸建て・非住宅問わず)
・行政役所等の申請業務で開発の技術協議の経験がある方
(申請を受理検討する立場、申請する側の立場の双方が対象です)
・都市計画法/盛土法/土砂法等の土木分野関連の法規に知見がある方
【給与】
650-900万円
※上記年収には月平均30時間分の時間外手当が含まれています。
