■新規事象における会計処理の判断

■予実分析・経営戦略の立案
■事業計画の策定・推進
■銀行融資による資金調達

■適時開示・決算説明資料の作成
■決算説明会の企画・運営
〈M&A〉
■デューデリジェンス(DD)の実施
■PMI(ポスト・マージャー・インテグレーション)
〈その他〉
■内部統制の構築・改善
■業務効率化のためのシステム導入・最適化
