Q1:これまでどのような業務に携わってきたか?
入社後は運転中や建設中のSPCの会計・税務対応をメインに行ってきました。
各会社の決算・税務対応から本社連結のためのIFRS調整、連結調整、会計論点検討、予実分析など業務範囲を広げています。
また、開発中の案件等の新規の論点検討(新会計基準、案件組成時の会計・税務スキーム等)も担当しています。
レノバの経理部は少人数で30社以上を管理しており、1人が経理、税務、会計論点検討などアカウンティング領域の業務を一気通貫で担当するので、手触り感があり事業とのかかわりも多くやりがいを感じることができます。
再エネ業界の中でも、レノバは特に新しい領域に挑戦する会社なので、先例のない会計・税務論点が出てきます。
単純に先行事例を参照するだけではなく、経験や知識を活かしながら自ら考え関係者と協力し形を作っていくことができます。
Q2:レノバを選んだ理由は?
私は転職活動を行っている際に「現場との距離の近さ」と「裁量の大きさ」を重視していました。経理は他人事としてとらえても一定の仕事はできてしまいます。
しかしそれでは面白くなく、自分が役に立っているという実感も得にくいはずです。
面接では「レノバでは直接、事業担当者とかかわる機会が多分にあり、また1人1人に任せられる範囲が大きいので主体的に仕事ができる環境である」と聞きました。
実際にその通りで、現場や事業管理担当とは日々コミュニケーションをとりながら仕事を進めています。
一人一人の裁量が大きいので常に連携し協力しながらも主体的に仕事をするという風土があり、それは私の希望するところでした。
Q3:レノバの特徴は?
レノバの経理部は主計、海外プロジェクト、税務、SPCの4チーム体制となっていますが、各チームメンバーは主担当がありつつ相互に関連する業務も多いため、縦割りではなく随時連携して機動的に対応しています。
部長以下、各チームのチームリーダーが、部員をサポートする体制となっており、気軽に相談出来る風通しの良い環境が整っています。
定型化された仕事だけでは満足できない人、新しいことへの挑戦が好きな人、様々な経験をして早く成長したい人などにはきっとレノバは働き甲斐がありマッチすると思います。
一方で社会のインフラを担っており上場会社でもあるので、レノバに求められる社会的な要請は非常に高いので、高い質の仕事も経験できることも魅力です。
