具体的なお仕事内容

この仕事は、「考える つくる 届ける」までを一貫して担当するポジションです。

  • 製作・加工業務

・治具や金網製品の加工、組み立て

・図面や仕様を見ながら、どう作るかを考える

・試作や調整を重ねて、ベストな形を探す

最初は先輩のサポートからスタート。

道具の使い方や加工方法は、実際に手を動かしながら覚えていきます。

  • 営業・提案業務(週1回)

・お客様を訪問し、要望や困りごとをヒアリング

・「解決できそう」というアイデアを提案

・見積もりの作成、製品の納品

・アフターフォロー など

売り込みやノルマはありません。

「どう作れば、この現場は楽になるか?」を作る立場として一緒に考える役割です。

経験を積むと、自分で設計し加工に関わった製品を、自分の手でお客様に届けることができます。

「お願いしてよかった」

そんな言葉を、直接もらえる仕事です。

本ポジションでは、提案営業・技術営業・ルート営業といった営業職で求められる「相手の話を聞く力」や「課題を考える姿勢」が、業務の中で身につけることが可能です。

産業機器や工具、建設資材、工場向けサービスなど、BtoBの取引現場で行われている営業活動の考え方を、仕事を通じて少しずつ学んでいくことができます。

「営業という仕事に興味がある」「提案だけでなく、製品づくりの工程にも関わってみたい」「自分のアイデアが形になる仕事をしてみたい」――そんな気持ちをお持ちの方に向いている環境です。

知識や経験は入社後に身につけていただけますので、未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

8:00~17:00(休憩60分)

【残業について】

1日1時間程度、残業が発生することがございますが、長時間に及ぶ残業はございません。

基本給:月給 27万円

※給与には、みなし残業代(月30時間分、40,000円分)を含みます。

※超過分は全額支給いたします。

・入社2年目:年収430万円~(月収29万円~)

・入社5年目:年収500万円~(月収33万円~)

・マネージャー:年収600万円~(月収40万円~)

※能力に応じての給与となります。
