昇降機の工事においては、着工前に「確認申請」という管轄の行政庁に対し工事の許可を取得する手続きが必要です。この手続きは、建築工事や建築設備工事全般において広く必要とされる手続きです。行政支援室は、主に建物に設置されるエレベーターの設計書を作成し、確認申請及びその関連業務を実施する部門です。エレベーター設計書では、建築基準法で定められる各種基準をクリアできていることを確認する内容のため、単純に事務的手続きのみを行うのではなく、昇降機・建築に関連する法令遵守に関わる業務全般を広く担当し、技術的・法的なサポートや法令研修の開催をなども行っています。

時間外労働:あり(月平均25時間)
36協定における特別条項あり(納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる)
賃金:250,000 円〜400,000 円(月額)
*セールスマン手当、インセンティブ手当あり
昇給あり:昇給率 1月あたり4.3%(本年度実績)
賞与あり:賞与月数 計6.29ヶ月分(前年度実績)
