仕事内容


株式会社マイナビが販売する自社製品である採用管理システムを始めとした、業務系WEBアプリケーションの開発(インターフェースデザイン・プログラミング・インフラ構築等)を完全自社開発しています。

今回はエンジニアの方々のメイン開発業務以外をサポート頂きたく募集を行います。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・自社サービスに関する操作マニュアルの作成業務等

・開発サポート(検証・テスト等)

・提携企業からの自社サービスに関する問合せ対応等

※プログラム開発などの業務はなく、基本的なPCスキルをお持ちであれば対応いただける業

務がほとんどです。

※既存メンバーが丁寧に教えてるので、ご安心下さい

【将来的には】

・情報処理安全確保支援士などの資格取得を推奨しています。(受験費用は会社負担です)

勤務時間


① 09:30~18:30(休憩60分)

② 10:30~19:30(休憩60分)

※繁閑により残業時間は増減します(実績:10時間以内/月)

応募条件


【必須経験】

  • お客様応対を含む社会人経験2年以上(toC・toB問いません)
  • 基礎的なPCスキル(Microsoft Officeでのドキュメント作成を滞りなく行える)

【歓迎条件】

  • ユーザーサポート関連・システム検証関連のいずれかの経験がある方

〇ユーザーサポート関連

・ユーザーマニュアルなどの文書作成経験

・ヘルプデスクなどのユーザサポート経験

・InDesign,Photoshopの操作知識

〇システム検証関連

・ソフトウェアテストの実施、不具合報告経験のある方(システムの業種は問わない)

・設計者の指示やテスト方針に沿ってテストケースの作成、実施ができる方
