仕事内容


「コードがわかる。だからこそ見抜ける不具合がある。」

開発知識を活かした、システムの品質を支えるサポート業務をお任せします。

以下のいずれか、または複数を、スキルに応じてご担当いただきます。

  • テクニカルな検証・調査(ソースコードの検証、不具合特定・修正、APIテスト等)
  • システムの安定稼働を支える運用(操作バグの解消に付随する管理画面の設定等)
  • 導入支援および改善提案(顧客要件に合わせたカスタマイズ、UI/UXの向上)

※プログラムの構造を理解した上で技術力をダイレクトに活用するため、単なるテスト作業に留まらないやりがいがあります。

※「開発一辺倒よりも、細かな調整や品質の追求に魅力を感じる」という方は大歓迎です。

PHPやJavaScriptなどの基礎知識をベースに、IT業界で市場価値の高い「QA(品質保証)スキル」を習得できる環境です。

勤務時間


① 09:30~18:30(休憩60分)

② 10:30~19:30(休憩60分)

※1週間ごとの交代勤務

  • 時間外勤務あり

※繁閑により残業時間は増減します(実績:10時間以内/月)

【求める人物像】

  • 自分の工程でミスをゼロにする意識のある、細かなバグも見逃したくない方
  • 素直なコミュニケーションを心がけている方
  • マルチタスクにも柔軟に対応いただける方
  • 「次はこれを検証すべきでは?」と自ら考え、行動に移せる方

【必須経験】

  • お客様応対を含む社会人経験2年以上(toC・toB問いません)
  • 基礎的なPCスキル(Microsoft Officeでのドキュメント作成を滞りなく行える)

  • セキュリティに関する知識
  • PHPの使用経験(独学含む)
  • ユーザーサポート関連の経験
  • ユーザーマニュアルなどの文書作成経験
  • ヘルプデスクなどのユーザーサポート経験
