Description
:Job Title: System Development Project Leader for Rakuten Cash
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced project leader to join our team at Rakuten Edy, Inc. As a key member of our FinTech Group Company, you will be responsible for leading the development project for Rakuten Cash, an electronic money service used in various situations such as Rakuten Pay App and Rakuten Ichiba.
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in system development, including service level, performance requirements, quality requirements, large-capacity data manipulation, and other system linkage. You will also have experience with vendor management, planning support, requirement definition, basic design, testing, and release.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects from the planning stage and build services together with business divisions and planning teams. You will also gain experience as a party who participates in building services that improve our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development project for Rakuten Cash
- Responsible for various upstream processes of system development, including planning support, requirement definition, basic design, vendor management, test promotion, and release
- Work closely with vendors to ensure smooth development and deployment
- Collaborate with business divisions and planning teams to build services that improve customer experiences
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in developing batch systems and Web systems
- Experience in designing large amounts of data processing
- Experience in designing front-end and back-end APIs in an integrated manner
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Working Environment:
- Average age of employees: 20s and 40s
- Development environment: Linux, MySQL, Java, PHP, Docker, K8s, Jobnet
Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this position is ¥6,000,000 - ¥10,000,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.-
