当社は都内で「auショップ」を運営しています。

目指すのは地域のナンバーワン

プラン・操作・機種の選び方など、

お客様のお困りごとの解決を目的に、

地域に寄り添った店づくりを目指しています。

今回はマネージャー候補の募集です。

今までの経験を生かしながら、店舗運営からスタッフ育成・マネジメントをお任せしますが、ゆくゆくは社長の二の腕になって、営業から商談まで参加して頂きます。会社の発展に貢献できる方、歓迎です。

現在はauショップ4店舗を都内で展開しています。あなたには現在のマネージャーと協力しながら各店舗を管理していただきます。各店舗にはそれぞれ5名ほど勤務しています。

仕事内容

当社が運営するauショップでの販売・マネージャー候補業務。

・店頭でのお客様対応

・商品、サービス説明やプランのご提案

・店舗運営業務全般

・売上管理、スタッフ教育などの管理業務

【給与】

月給 350,000円~

※固定残業代を含む

※一律手当を含む

能力給

固定残業代:2万5000円/17時間

※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給する
