有料老人ホーム内の厨房業務

【仕事内容】

調理の補助や、盛付け、食器の洗浄など厨房での業務をお任せします。

利用者様が食べやすいよう常食、一口大、刻み食、ペースト食、ソフト食などさまざまな食形態で提供しています。

  • 感染対策

  • スタッフ・施設内はもちろん、厨房や食堂においても感染対策を行っています。

    日々の検温/施設内消毒に加え、下記対応を実施中です。

  • 紫外線清浄機(エアーリア)の導入

  • 菌・ウィルス殺菌用の多用途洗剤を施設内で使用
  • 携帯用手指消毒ジェルを全従業員へ配布
  • 手指消毒用 非接触式ディスペンサーの導入
  • レクリエーションの制限
  • ご家族面会制限

・オンライン面会を行っております。

・対面でのご面会の際はフェイスシールド着用 など

※感染状況により制限強化/緩和を都度 検討対応しています。
