仕事内容:
顧客社内で進行するプライベートクラウドから、
AWS、または新オンプレ基盤へのシステム移行プロジェクト全体を取り纏める。
統括チーム内のメンバーとして、PM対応や統括チームメンバーとして全体プロジェクト管理を行う。
■作業
▽各種管理資料をもとに、スケジュール/課題・問題/依頼管理を行い、
定期的に関係メンバーに内容の更新依頼、または対応状況を確認して、資料のアップデートを行う。
▽PMを担当する際はSHIFTメンバー指導のもと、
テンプレートを元に案件説明用資料の作成・顧客社内の関係部門から見積取得を行い、資料に反映する。
▽案件説明用資料を顧客経営層に説明し、
承認を得る(SHIFTメンバーも同席・フォローを実施)。
▽プロジェクト開始後はPMとして、
各種管理業務やプロジェクトメンバーとの定例会資料の作成・ファシリテーションを行う。
