**Job Title: Associate Program**
**Summary:** Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Client Service team as an Associate, working with top-tier clients and experts to deliver expert knowledge and insights.

**Responsibilities:**
* Recruit experts who are uniquely relevant matches for client projects, often under tight deadlines
* Understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate
* Take ownership of every aspect of projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration between them
**Requirements:**
* Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above/GPA of 3.0 or higher)
* Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university
* Relevant internship experience
* Fluent Japanese and English at business level or above
**Benefits:**
* Total first-year compensation ranging from ¥6,950,000 (average performance) to ¥7,650,000 (very strong performance)
