業務内容
【具体的な業務内容】
経営企画マネージャーとして、ガバナンス・リスク領域における横断的な企画・推進を担っていただきます。
ボードメンバーや執行取締役との協業はもちろん、現場部門との連携を通じ、経営の意思決定を支えるとともに、実務的なリスク対応をハンズオンで推進していただきます。
・取締役会、リスク・コンプライアンス委員会、指名報酬委員会等の事務局運営
・ガバナンス体制・リスク管理体制の整備、改善に向けた企画・実行
・経営課題として顕在化したリスク事項に対する対応の企画・実行(シューティング含む)
・内部統制、法令遵守、リスクマネジメントに関する施策の立案と運営
・ボードメンバー、執行取締役、現場部門との連携による全社横断的なプロジェクト推進
