不動産賃貸管理システム( MRI/Yardi システム)を会計ソフトとして使用した以下の内容を主とする経理業務全般

  • 顧客が所有するSPC(不動産保有会社)の月次・四半期会計帳簿(仕訳帳・元帳・試算表、内訳明細書、固定資産台帳、他)の作成及びこれに付随する業務
  • 顧客が所有するSPC(不動産保有会社)の年次決算に係る計算書類等(匿名組合報告書・特定目的会社事業報告書を含む)の作成及び会計監査対応及びこれに付随する業務
  • その他クライントから求められる各種レポートの作成。

  • 一般事業会社等(不動産関連会社を含む)での、経理業務経験(固定資産会計、発生主義に基づく会計判断・仕訳処理、月次試算表作成、年次決算業務等の経験必須
  • 会計ソフト(勘定奉行・弥生会計・Sun Accounting, etc.)を使用した実務経験
  • 中級程度のEXCELスキル(ピボットテーブル・関数)
  • コミュニケーション能力があり、チームワークを大事にする方
  • 顧客の所有するSPC会計の業務経験(会計事務所もしくは、AM/PM会社での業務経験者)優遇。
  • 会計事務所勤務経験者、税務知識、IFRS知識のある方及び監査対応経験者尚良し。
  • 不動産投資業界の経理業務や不動産証券化等に関心があり、積極的に知識を吸収し前向きに幅広く業務に携わることができる方。
  • 日商簿記2級以上(もしくは同等レベル)
  • 各種契約書の読み取りに抵抗のない方
  • 英語の読み書きに抵抗のない方
