【業務内容】

・SAP及び複数の関連システムを使用した受注業務全般(受注、出荷、請求まで)

・受注・請求に関する問題解決及び取引先や社内関連部署(営業、ファイナンス、グローバルITチーム、ロジスティックス等)に対しての対応

・グローバルプロジェクトへ参加し、プロセス変更やシステム変更に伴う検証(User Acceptance Test)等を実施

【求められる条件】
・社会人経験 5年以上(特に外資ソフトウェア業界の就労経験)
・CRMや基幹系システム、その他アプリケーション使用経験。SAP使用経験があると尚良し。
・コミュニケーションスキル(対人調整力)が高い
・向上心と責任感があり環境の変化に柔軟に対応できる
・英語でのコミュニケーション(主にライティング)に抵抗がない
・国内/海外のスタッフと協力し、チームの一員として自発的に業務を遂行する事ができる

・WWライセンシングチームのサポート。
– ライセンスキー管理の重要な役割。
– 受注業務、技術サポート、製品管理など、社内の様々なチームとの連携。
– ライセンスに関する顧客からの問い合わせやエスカレーションの解決。
– 円滑な四半期決算のサポート

【あれば望ましい要件】
・SOX法対応の経験
・プロジェクト参加経験

【Job Description】

・General operations of processing orders using SAP and related systems ( data entry, data checks, shipping arrangements, invoicing, etc)
・Solve problems regarding orders and payments, correspond with clients and relevant internal departments (sales, finance, global IT team, logistics,
・Participate in global projects, carry out user acceptance tests and more associated with process or system changes

・Support of the WW licensing team.
– Critical role of license key management.
– Liaising between various internal teams such as order operations, tech support, product management etc.
– Resolve customer queries/ Escalations regarding licenses.
– Supporting smooth close of quarter ends.

【Knowledge, Skills, Abilities】
・At least 5 years of work experience ※Work experience in the global software company
・Experience using CRM, backbone systems, and other applications. Experience using SAP is a plus
・Strong communication skills (interpersonal coordination ability)
・Ambitious, responsible, easily adapts to changes in environment
・Comfortable communicating in English

・Can cooperate with domestic and overseas staff and take initiative in carrying out duties as a member of the team

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Experience in dealing with SOX Act.
・Experience of participating for a project
