仕事内容:
コンタクトレンズの検査・製造オペレーター募集(未経験歓迎・クリーンルーム勤務)
医療用コンタクトレンズの製造ラインで、検査およびマシンオペレーター業務を担当するお仕事です。
清潔で快適なクリーンルーム内での勤務となり、未経験からでも丁寧に習得できます。
具体的な作業内容
①外観検査業務
・製造されたコンタクトレンズを顕微鏡で確認し、キズや異物、変形などの有無をチェック。
・目視での確認も行い、品質基準を満たしているか丁寧に確認します。
・検査結果はチェックリストやパソコンに入力します。
②マシンオペレーター業務
・コンタクトレンズ製造装置の操作を行い、材料投入や設定変更、稼働状況の確認を担当。
・製造途中での不具合や異常を検知した際には、報告・簡単な対応を行います。
・定期的な機械の清掃・メンテナンスも実施します。
③その他付随業務
・検査用治具の洗浄や準備、作業エリアの清掃・整理整頓など。
