\カスタマーサポート部門のリーダー募集/

日本の介護事業者向けSaaS「カイポケ」のカスタマーサポート部門で、主に「介護保険請求機能」に関するお問合せ対応を担うチームのリーダーをお任せします。

【主な業務内容】

・5~10名程度の少人数チームのリーダーとして、メンバーの育成やパフォーマンス管理

・電話対応からメール対応への業務設計・推進(フローや仕組みの精査、課題解決策の立案・実行)

・案件の整理・分類、メール移行に関する運用設計~実行

・チームの業務管理、パフォーマンス可視化、1on1によるマネジメント

・将来的にはオペレーション設計やPDCAサイクルの実行もお任せします

年収400万円~510万円の高水準 経験・能力を考慮し決定。固定残業代45時間分含む(月87,300円~111,263円)、超過分は別途支給。
