社会課題に挑むカスタマーサポートリーダー職

株式会社 エスエムエスサポートサービスは、東証プライム上場の株式会社エス・エム・エスのグループ会社として、「高齢社会×情報」をテーマに、介護・医療・ヘルスケア・シニアライフ領域で40以上のサービスを展開しています。

今回募集するのは、介護事業者向け経営支援プラットフォーム「カイポケ」のカスタマーサポート部門におけるリーダーポジション。カイポケは日本の業界特化型SaaSとしてトップクラスの実績を誇り、業務効率化・採用・購買・金融など多面的なサービスを提供し、介護業界や日本全体の社会課題解決に貢献しています。

【主な仕事内容】

・カイポケのメイン機能である「介護保険請求機能」などに関する電話での顧客対応

・少人数(5~10名)のチームリーダーとして、メンバーのフォローやパフォーマンス管理

・業務プロセス設計、PDCAサイクルの実行、ナレッジ集約と本社連携

・メンバーの育成・指導、ゆくゆくは評価業務も担当

・マネージャーへのレポーティングやマネジメントサポート

年収:400万円~510万円

月収:333,334円~425,000円

・基本給:246,034円~313,737円

・月給には固定残業手当(月45時間分/87,300円~111,263円)含む

・45時間超過分は別途支給

・給与は経験・能力・前職給与等を踏まえて決定

・昇降給あり(年1回/4月)
