◆業務内容

業務概要

・制御理論や、データマインニングなどの技術を駆使し、紙や包装Film、

リチウムイオン電池の材料となる電極板など、私たちの生活を支える

多くのシート状工業製品の品質や生産性を高める制御ソリューションを

開発する仕事です。

<具体的な業務>

・お客様へのヒアリングやデータマイニングから、生産プロセス上の課題を把握。

・これらのプロセスの課題に対し、制御理論を用いて解決策を検討し提案する。

・アプリケーションソフトウェアを開発し、解決策を実現する。

・実際にお客様工場で、提案した解決策を実践し、その効果確認を行う。

※将来的には習得した知見を基にメンバーを教育・指導して、

YOKOGWAの制御事業を発展させるリーダーを目指して頂きます。

【求める人材】

◆応募要件

【必須】

・伝達関数、ボード線図、むだ時間+1次遅れ系、PID制御など、

古典制御理論の基礎知識がある方。

・制御工学を応用した技術開発の実務経験がある方(概ね5年程度)。

・制御工学を応用した商品開発、または知財権を取得した経験がある方。

【歓迎】

・学生時代に制御工学の研究室に在籍した方。

・制御工学の論文発表の経験がある方。

・英会話:日常会話可能

・英文:日常用語レベル

・TOEIC:500点以上 目安のため必達ではない

30歳~40歳

【給与】

想定年収(基本給+賞与)

620万~770万円 (お持ちのスキル、資格、ご経験により変わります)

想定年収は基本給(月額):32万~44万円+賞与(2024年度予定)

平均6.4カ月分に基づいて算出しております。

※賞与は過去1年間(年度)の評価にて支給されます。

それまでは会社規定による定額での支給となります。
