Our subsidiary, Model T Operations, is looking for a mechanic to lead the assembly and maintenance of robots and to develop processes for general mechanical tasks (assembly, repair, maintenance, safety, etc.). Location: Heiwajima, Ota-ku, Tokyo.

This position includes both robot deployment (installation/setup) and field service (maintenance/troubleshooting) responsibilities. However, depending on the candidate's preference and background, it is possible to focus on one of the two areas.
業務内容 (Responsibilities)
- 導入(Deployment)顧客現場でのロボット設置・初期設定・試運転をリード
- 必要に応じて現地での組立・調整を実施
- 導入時に発生する不具合への初期対応、エンジニアと連携した迅速な解決
- 新規導入プロジェクトの準備やプロセス標準化を推進

- Lead robot installation, initial setup, and test operations at customer sites
- Perform on-site assembly and adjustments as needed
- Provide first-level response to issues during deployment and resolve them quickly in collaboration with engineers
- Support preparation and process standardization for new deployment projects
- 保守・メンテナンス(Field Service)
- 不具合の原因を特定し、是正処置を実施委託先との調整業務
- ロボッの品質・修理性向上のため、エンジニアに改善フィードバック
- 効率的で反復可能な組立・修理プロセスを構築
- チーム効率を高めるマニュアルやワークフローを作成
- Identify causes of malfunctions and implement corrective measures
- Coordinate with external partners and contractors
- Provide feedback to engineers to improve robot quality and maintainability
- Develop efficient, repeatable assembly and repair processes
- Create manuals and workflows to enhance team efficiency

- 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
- Conversational level Japanese
- Ability to work in shifts (including nights)
- Valid driver's license in Japan (automatic transmission permitted)

- 自動車・産業用オートメーション・ロボット関連でのメカニック経験
- モーター、ギアボックス、各種機械部品の組立・修理経験
- 設計図・回路図・図面を読むスキル
- 組立・修理プロセスの設計・実施経験
- 優れたチームワークと、現場で動ける実践的な姿勢
- Hands-on mechanic experience in automotive, industrial automation, or robotics
- Experience in assembly and repair of motors, gearboxes, and mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, circuit diagrams, and blueprints
- Experience in designing and implementing assembly or repair processes
- Strong teamwork skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach at the worksite
