【募集理由】

FWDでは、積極的にデジタル施策を推進し、システム開発やインシデント管理、運用などの領域において、デジタル化やAI、クラウドなどの技術を取り入れ、コストやリソースの効率化を図っています。
このような状況下で、システム企画の立場としては、IT各部門への提案や会社方針の推進、さらにCTOのサポートを担います。加えて、関連するユーザ部門やグループオフィスとの調整も適宜発生し、一定レベルの英語スキルが求められるなど、やりがいのある業務です 。

【職務詳細】

●IT戦略関連

・FWD Groupとして目指すべき方向性、また市場動向等を鑑みた当社IT戦略(中長期計画等)の策定・管理・モニタリング

・中長期計画に基づいたロードマップ(システム化計画)の策定・管理・モニタリング

・ビジネスプランに即したシステム企画

・保険業界を中心としたITトレンドに関するマーケティング

●システム化計画の具体化に伴う関連業務

・IT関連プロジェクトポートフォリオ策定・管理・モニタリング

・各ビジネス部門やIT関連部門 (Group Office含む)と協業し適切なソリューションを選定

・導入計画の策定、経営層への提案

・IT部門強化施策の企画・推進業務

・IT関連の各部門課題の洗い出しと強化策の企画

・同強化策の管理・推進

●分析業務

・レポーティングに必要な基礎数値の収集及び収集プロセスの構築

・IT関連各プロジェクト、施策に関する効果予測・実績測定に基づいた分析の実施

●その他

・CTO特命業務

【魅力】

・当社では職種により、オフィス勤務と在宅勤務を併用するハイブリッド勤務を行っております。

・在宅勤務対象職種で上司の承認を得た場合、1ヵ月の営業日数の半数以上の出社義務かつ1週間あたり最低2日の出社義務があります。

※上司と相談の上、ご自分やご家庭の事情、仕事の進め易さなどに合わせて柔軟に勤務いただけます(子供の保育園の送迎等での1時間程度の離席など)

【求めるスキル経験】

■必須条件

・金融業界でのIT戦略業務について、3年以上の経験

・金融業界でのシステム企画業務について、3年以上の経験

・ソリューション選定および導入について5年以上の経験

・Power Pointを用いたプレゼンテーションスキル

・Excel関数/Pivotを用いたデータ集計/分析スキル

・ビジネスレベル英語(専門的)

<以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方は優遇>  

・生命保険業界における3年以上の経験

・外資系企業における3年以上の経験

・PMとしての3年以上のシステム開発マネジメント経験(Agile開発経験含む)

・ロジカルシンキング/クリティカルシンキング等のコンサルテーションスキル

・チェンジマネジメントの経験

・C-Suiteへのプレゼンテーション/報告書作成~レポーティング経験

<その他>

当職務はIT Strategistとして、IT戦略やシステム導入計画の策定に関する知識・ノウハウ・経験を有し、FWDのビジョンに合った思考および資質を有する事が要求されます。

特にリーダーシップおよびオーナーシップを持ってIT企画関連業務を牽引していただける方をお待ちしています。
