● 仕事内容 ■業務内容当社では、今後の社会動向に対して、フッ素化学のみならず、高
機能かつ環境適用可能な材料の開発を進めています。特に、スー
パーエンプラ樹脂、エンプラ樹脂等に必要なモノマー合成や官能
基変換、重合技術を推進して頂き、材料設計やそれらを用いた用 ●仕事内容2 途開発、マーケティングを担っていただきます。
■具体的な担当業務
スーパーエンプラ樹脂、エンプラ樹脂等に必要なモノマーなどの
合成技術や様々な重合技術を活用したポリマー合成(モノマー合
成や官能基変換、縮重合技術)。本材料設計を満たすための分子 ●仕事内容3 設計、また要となる分子構造と物性発現の機構解明といった基盤
技術の構築メカニズム解明を行う。開発を進める材料の顧客提案
やマーケティングも担っていただきます。

・化学メーカーで合成や重合(出来れば重縮
合)技術の開発経験があり、また用途開発を
推進してきた中堅技術者
・特に材料開発の要となる合成や重合といっ
た基盤技術、材料設計を構築できる人材
・経験年数:5~10年程度

・外部協創(産産、産学連携)の経験があり
、自らテーマ提案や開発した材料のマーケテ
