Team Introduction
Global Business Solutions (GBS) is where we provide solutions to businesses through our advertisement products such as TikTok for Business. By connecting businesses to our platform's audiences who are looking for the next interest, we provide full-funnel solutions. As a Creative Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and sales, to conceptualize and deliver compelling strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Development:Develop creative strategies that effectively communicate brand messages and achieve marketing objectives. Lead the ideation and execution of campaigns across various digital and traditional channels. - Client Collaboration:Work directly with clients to understand their business goals, brand identity, and target audience. Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives. - Content Strategy:Oversee the creation of content that engages audiences and supports the overall marketing strategy. Collaborate with content creators to ensure all materials are on-brand and meet the highest quality standards. - Market Research & Insights:Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors. Use insights to inform creative strategies and make data-driven recommendations. - Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life through visual and written content. Partner with media planning and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and optimized for performance. - Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track. - Performance Analysis:Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns, using data to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. - Innovation & Thought Leadership:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing, advertising, and technology. Bring fresh ideas to the table and push the boundaries of what's possible in creative strategy.Minimum Qualifications- Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.- Visualization skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content and presentations.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Ability to communicate with stakeholders both in Japanese and English Preferred Qualifications- Experience in running/planning 360-degrees advertisement campaigns that includes the use of SNS- Interest in analyzing video formatted ad creatives and has experience making documents explaining the analysis- Experience and knowledge in personal care or cosmetics industries- Experience using photo-editing software - Photoshop/Illustrator or video-editing software - AfterEffects or PremierePro
