- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing and facilitating projects from the creative brief to idea development and production, with a strong emphasis on experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with the agency's global team to ensure seamless integration and execution of experiential marketing strategies that adhere to industry regulations.
- Oversee the development of evidence-based digital creative content, ensuring all content meets regulatory standards and enhances brand experiences.
- Ensure the client, brand, and consumer needs are met throughout the creative development and publishing processes, focusing on creating impactful brand experiences.
- Manage complex client briefs from ideation through to final production, maintaining strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and experiential marketing best practices.
- Maintain and document accurate communication workflows among numerous stakeholders, ensuring all regulatory requirements and experiential goals are communicated and adhered to.
- University degree.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Business-level English proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-9 years of account management experience within a global or major Japanese agency, preferably in a regulated industry with a focus on experiential marketing.
