Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual with fluency in Japanese and business-level English to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Rotary organization.
Responsibilities
- Review contribution forms, RI dues, and other payments with bank statements.
- Add donor information into the system.
- Make any corrections requested by donor or Clubs.
- Verify The Rotary Foundation receipts with contribution forms submitted by Clubs.
- Contact District Governors, Clubs, and individual Rotarians by phone and email for clarification if any discrepancies are found.
- Complete all months' receipts transactions in accordance with month-end close schedule.
- Dispatch receipts to clubs and districts on a weekly basis.
- Record receipt transaction into TRF template on daily basis.
- Prepare contribution data of a tax receipt for individuals in January and in July.
- Prepare payment to counterparties in accordance with SPA instruction and/or other invoices.
- Issue a tax receipt for business upon receipt donations.
- Sends payment notice to the payee by mail after payment execution.
- Support PIIF-RFJ officers and supervisors for preparing accounting processing and meetings for Associate Foundation Japan (PIIF-RFJ).
- Undertake other duties at the request of the finance supervisor.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Provide basic attendance data to Supervisor as the basis for payroll calculations under confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Rotary organization.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to communicate via phone, mail, and fax.
- Read, write, and speak English.
- Familiar with foreign exchange rate transactions and banking operations.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
