Direct staff that performs the following duties and also perform these duties on own: welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, and handle credit or payment method
夜勤シフト中、ベルスタッフと連携し、ゲストの荷物搬送、デリバリー、特別なリクエストへの対応が円滑に行われるようサポートする
Work closely with Bell Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries, and special requests during night shift
日々のスムーズなオペレーションのため、必要に応じてGuest Service Manager、Guest Relations Manager、Chief Conciergeと連携する

朝のブリーフィング用資料(ブリーフィングシート、グリッチレポート、VIP/エリートゲストの動向、到着・出発リストなど)を作成・準備する Prepares Morning Briefing packages including Briefing Sheet, Glitch Report, VIP/Elite Guest activity, arrivals and departures
フロントオフィスマネージャーまたはルームディレクターが指示するその他業務を遂行する Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager/Director of Rooms
