仕事内容

  • この仕事について

今回募集するのは、新しくオープンするカフェを"人の面"から支える人事ポジションです。

採用、スタッフ対応、現場フォロー。

ただの事務ではなく、

「人と話し、現場に入り、空気をつくる」役割になります。

人事の設計や最終判断を行う本社人事と連携し、

現場に一番近い人事として、状況を素早く掴み、動く役割を担っていただきます。

  • 具体的な業務内容

採用の調整、勤怠管理、スタッフとの面談などコツコツと行う業務がメインとなります。

・カフェスタッフの採用サポート(面接調整・一次対応など)

・入社・研修に関するフォロー

・スタッフからの相談対応

・シフトや人員状況の管理

・PCを使った事務作業(Excel・社内ツール)

・本社人事との連携・情報共有

・社長(CEO)への日常的な報告 ※英語でのコミュニケーションとなります

※ 未経験の方も、段階的に覚えていけます

09:00|出勤

・メール・チャット確認(英語/日本語)

・当日の人員状況をチェック

・採用サイトの応募状況を確認

10:30|カフェマネージャーと打ち合わせ

・シフトの相談、スタッフの状況共有

・気になる点を整理

11:30|採用・入社対応

・面接日程の調整、応募者への連絡

・入社予定者の準備対応

12:00|休憩

原宿のオフィスなので近くには飲食店が沢山あります

14:00|現場フォロー

・スタッフの様子を確認、相談対応

・必要に応じてマネージャーと共有

15:30|事務作業

・PCでのデータ入力・管理

・本社人事への報告

17:00|社長/本社との連携

・英語での簡単なやり取り(状況共有・確認事項など)

17:30|業務整理

・整理を行い、明日以降の業務につなげます

18:00|退勤

今回、新しくカフェをオープンするにあたり、

現場を支える人事ポジションを募集します。
