仕事内容
学習塾の改善提案営業【東証STD上場/学習塾の教育改革を支援】
【仕事内容】
この仕事は、全国にある「ITTO個別指導学院」という学習塾をより良くするために、教室を運営している企業や教室長さんをサポートするお仕事です。
実際に授業をするわけではありませんが、塾がうまく運営されるようにアドバイスをしたり、困っていることを一緒に考えて解決します。
- 業務内容
〇教室の訪問(巡回)
・担当している学習塾を、3ヶ月に1回くらいのペースで訪問して、運営がうまくいっているかを確認します。
・例えば、先生や生徒の様子、教室の雰囲気などをチェックします。
〇運営のアドバイス(コンサルティング)
・「もっと生徒を増やしたい」「教室をもっと良くしたい」という相談を受けて、一緒に改善策を考えます。
・営業のような要素もありますが、目的は一緒に目標を達成することです。
〇研修の講師役
・塾を運営している会社の社長さんやスタッフさんに向けて、より良い教室づくりのための研修を行います。
・先輩がしっかりサポートしてくれるので、講師経験がなくても安心です。

- FCEでは世界的な有名な自己成長メソッド『7つの習慣』を使った研修やサポートも行っているため、
仕事をしながら自分自身の考え方や人間力も磨かれていきます。

本社および全ての支社、営業所現在、東京本社・大阪・福岡に拠点がありますが、勤務地変更の可能性は当面ありません。

【勤務時間】
フレックスタイム制 1日の標準労働時間:8時間 休憩時間:1時間 月平均残業時間:30時間※8~10時ごろに勤務をスタートさせる社員が多いです。※時短勤務も可能です。
