マーケティング責任者【歯科業界特化:DX推進/IPO準備中/売上げ成長率3年連続200%以上】

【仕事内容】

以下業務をお任せします。

・ディスプレイ広告、SNS広告(Instagram / TikTok 等)の運用

・広告効果を高めるための動画・バナー等の クリエイティブディレクション

・KPI 設計・改善、ターゲティング戦略の立案・実行

・GTM、GA4、BigQuery 等を用いたデータ分析と意思決定支援

・広告運用成果のレポーティングと改善サイクルの推進

・チームや外部パートナーとの連携・進行管理
