職務内容
- ロボアドバイザー事業、保険事業、新規サービスのコンプライアンス態勢構築・運用
- Web広告、LP、DM、セミナー資料等の広告審査
- 社内規程・マニュアルの整備および管理
- 従業員向けコンプライアンス研修の企画・実施
- 障害・トラブル発生時の当局対応、顧客対応方針の検討
- 各種届出・報告、当局検査対応
- 反社会的勢力排除対応、AML等の不正犯罪対策
- コンプライアンス相談窓口業務
- 各種会議体の事務局運営
- 将来的なチームリード・マネジメントへの関与
理想の人材
必須要件
- 金融機関におけるコンプライアンス実務経験(目安3年以上)
- リテール向け金融サービスでのコンプライアンス対応経験
- 事業部門・開発部門と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
- 新しい業務領域への学習意欲と柔軟性
歓迎要件
- 証券会社または生命保険会社でのコンプライアンス経験
- インターネット金融・Fintech事業への関与経験
- ITベンチャー/スタートアップでの就業経験
- チームマネジメントまたはリーダー経験
