求人内容
参天製薬の薬粧(*)事業部全体戦略に基づき、担当ブランドのビジネス最大化に向けたマーケティング戦略・施策を開発・実行する事でブランド力を高めるとともに、担当ブランドの売上・収益を持続的なものとする為のブランド運営を行っていただきます。
- 薬粧事業部では、ドラッグストア等の店頭に並べられる一般用医薬品(OTC目薬)の開発からマーケティング・販売を担っています
【具体的には】
当社の一般用医薬品の中核となるブランドを、マス広告から店頭まで一気通貫してご担当いただきます。当社のビジョン、薬粧事業部のビジョンに基づき、担当ブランドの目指すべき姿を描き、ブランドを育成、事業の成長に繋げていただきます。
1)担当ブランドのブランド・エクイティを向上させる中長期戦略立案と実行
2)担当ブランドのマーケティング施策立案、KPI管理と実行(TV、デジタル、PR、店頭等)
- 売上・マーケティング費用の管理
4)シンジケートデータや生活者データの分析に基づくアクションプランの立案と実行
5)社内関係部署、社外パートナーとの協働

資格
【求める経験・スキル】
一般用医薬品または消費財・日用品業界等におけるマーケティングのご経験をお持ちの方
※マーケの実務経験3年以上
具体的には、戦略立案スキル/市場・売上データ分析スキル/広告制作の経験/新製品開発の経験/生活者調査の企画設計・分析スキルプレゼン資料作成・プレゼンスキル 等
