仕事内容

ディレクターとして情報・バラエティ、スポーツ、音楽番組の制作を担当して頂きます。

局のプロデューサーや、制作チームのメンバーと連携をしながら行うポジションです。若手世代が多い環境なので、全体の考えを尊重しつつ、チームを導ける方をお求めのポジションです。

【業務内容】

・番組制作の企画会議

・出演者の手配、交渉

・撮影のスケジュール調整

・台本作成

・ロケハン、撮影、取材

・編集などのオフィス内作業

職場の雰囲気

職場の近くは意外と飲食店も多いエリアです。ランチは空いてる会議室や休憩スペースなどを使って昼食を取られる方も地方局、BS局、U-NEXTなど多くの案件を頂いてきており、今回は制作体制強化のための増員募集OJTもしっかりしており、不明点は気軽に相談できる環境です。20~30代が活躍中社長も現場に理解ある人情派将来のキャリアを見据えて応援してくれる環境ですよ

資格

  • 必須条件

・ディレクター経験者(報道、情報番組だと尚可)

・若手中心の環境に抵抗がない、意見を尊重できる方

・テレビ番組を作りたい情熱がある方

勤務時間


10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

※担当番組により前後あり

※1人ひとりに裁量権を与えているため、残業は多くて1日2時間ほど。

※担当番組によっては午後出社や早上がりもOK

月~金曜日
