仕事内容

AD(アシスタントディレクター)として情報・バラエティ、スポーツ、音楽番組の制作を担当して頂きます。

【業務内容】

・番組制作の企画会議

・出演者の手配、交渉

・撮影のスケジュール調整

・台本作成

・ロケハン、撮影、取材

・編集などのオフィス内作業

都内の制作会社では分業制が多いですが、コチラの企業は上記を1人で担当します一見大変に見えるかもですが、先輩のフォローも手厚く、未経験の方でも安心して働けますよ幅広い制作スキルが身に付いて、自分の"やりたいこと"が実現できる環境です

職場の近くは意外と飲食店も多いエリアです。ランチは空いてる会議室や休憩スペースなどを使って昼食を取られる方も地方局、BS局、U-NEXTなど多くの案件を頂いてきており、今回は制作体制強化のための増員募集OJTもしっかりしており、不明点は気軽に相談できる環境です。20~30代が活躍中社長も現場に理解ある人情派将来のキャリアを見据えて応援してくれる環境ですよ

  • 必須条件

・テレビ業界未経験OKやる気と興味関心重視の枠です

・元気に挨拶ができる方

・テレビ番組を作りたい情熱がある方

・映像業界での経験

・番組制作経験

勤務時間


10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

※担当番組により前後あり

※1人ひとりに裁量権を与えているため、残業は多くて1日2時間ほど。

※担当番組によっては午後出社や早上がりもOK

月~金曜日
