  • CMでお馴染みのポラスグループ・賃貸管理部門

・賃貸物件のお部屋探し、ご案内

・自社管理物件の写真撮影、ネット掲載作業

・入居者様からのお問い合わせ受付

<1日のスケジュール(Mさんの場合)>

  • 8:50 出社

社内メール、賃貸サイトからの問い合わせメール・スケジュール確認

  • 9:00 朝礼・清掃

1日の始まりは掃除からみんなで手分けして店内の清掃をおこないます。その後、朝礼ではその日やるべきことをお店の全員で確認します

  • 10:00 営業開始・お部屋探しの接客

前日お問い合わせくださったお客様の条件にあう物件をご紹介ご都合に合わせて物件へ案内をおこないます

  • 11:00 お申込み受付

ご案内から戻ったら御見積書とお引越しまでの流れをご説明無事にお申込みとなればお申込みの手続きをおこないます

  • 12:00 昼食

会社近くにある人気のラーメン屋さんでランチ午前中に外出をしていた場合は外出先で昼食を摂ることもあります

  • 13:00 写真撮影へ外出

お部屋探しのポータルサイトに掲載している写真は自分たちが撮影先輩に教えてもらいながら綺麗な写真を撮るコツをつかんでいきます

  • 15:00 帰社・写真掲載・メール返信

撮影した写真を募集中の物件情報に掲載します各ポータルサイトから反響のあったお客様へ物件情報をメールでお送りします一度ご来店いただいて決まらなかったお客様にも条件にあった物件を探します

  • 16:30 店頭図面の作成

営業所の店頭図面を作成します。デコレイトが得意でない私でも、用意されたおしゃれな素材を活用して図面が作れるようになりました

  • 18:00 退社

退社後は早く帰って趣味の韓流ドラマを一気見ときには職場のメンバーと飲みに行くこともあります

求めている人材

  • 高校卒業以上
  • 普通自動車免許(AT可)
  • 資格や経験が無くても興味があってやる気がある方は大歓迎
  • お話好きでお部屋探しが好きな方賃貸仲介・賃貸管理に携わってみたい方大歓迎です
  • パソコン操作が可能な方(Excel、Word、インターネット等)

・宅地建物取引士

・賃貸不動産経営管理士

・ファイナンシャルプランニング技能士

9:00~18:00(実働8時間)

12:00~13:00(休憩)

※勤務時間、曜日についてはお気軽にご相談ください(^^

※賃貸住宅の入退去の稼働が最も多い繁忙期(12月~3月)は業務が集中することがあります。

契約更新期間:1年

休日:火曜日・水曜日・その他

完全週休二日制

火曜、水曜以外に年間休日数120日間に応じた定休指定あり

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1290円

*交通費全額支給(上限5万円まで)

*各種社会保険完備(雇用・労災・健康・厚生年金)

*昇給あり(能力に応じて設定)

※保険加入・有休取得日数は就業時間により異なります。
