同社における最も重要な舞台のひとつです。事業責任を持ち、上流の戦略策定から現場での実行ディレクションまで、一気通貫で推進することが求められます。単なる計画立案にとどまらず、意思決定や部門横断の連携も担う点で、一般企業でいう経営戦略部門や事業戦略部門に相当する重要な役割です。ビジネスの成長を左右するコアな部門であり、外資系企業の中で、ローカル市場における4P戦略を主体的に展開できる珍しい貴重な舞台でもあります。これは、Lenovoが日本市場や顧客に真摯に向き合っていることの表れでもあります。

【職務内容】

本ポジションでは、日本市場におけるSMBおよびパートナー向けビジネスを、自ら設計し実行することが求められます。

・ 営業施策の予算管理・運用
