<輸出または輸入業務のどちらかをご担当いただきます。> 輸入業務の例 ・海外からの貨物情報を確認 ・国内配送トラックの手配 ・到着通知の発行指示 ・顧客への必要書類送付 輸出業務の例 ・顧客からの予約受付 ・予約情報の更新 ・トラック輸送や通関手配 ・倉庫への搬入依頼 ・船積み指示書や関連書類の作成・送付 共通業務 ・データの確認・修正、フォローアップ ・システムへの入力と管理 ・請求書の確認・対応 ・顧客からの問い合わせ対応 ・海外拠点とのメールでのやり取り ・社内会議への参加
