賃貸物件の巡回点検・設備チェック・簡易対応など、

これまでのビルメン経験をそのまま活かせるお仕事です。

【仕事内容】

賃貸マンション・アパートの巡回点検や簡易メンテナンスを行う仕事です。

担当エリアを1人でコツコツ巡回し、入居者様の"安心・快適な暮らし"を支えます。

・物件の定期巡回(1日2〜3件/1件20〜30分程度)

・共有部・設備の点検および簡単な不具合の一次対応

・退去立ち会い・原状回復工事の確認と業者手配

・管理会社・オーナー様への報告や、入居者様との簡単なやり取り

調布駅からは徒歩30秒の駅チカで、通勤のストレスもありません

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥450,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥83,000〜¥106,000(42時間相当分)を含む。42時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

最初の数カ月は、渋谷不動産エージェントの仕事に慣れていただき、できる業務を増やしていただき一人立ちしていただきます

年収:約450万円以上

複数物件の維持管理をトータルに担当。

大規模修繕の提案やトラブル未然防止、コスト管理までを担いながら、

中長期的な資産管理に関わるポジションです。

現場対応だけでなく、オーナー様の相談窓口として信頼される役割を、およそ3年目前後でお任せしていきます。
