具体的には以下のような業務を想定しています。

■当行およびMUFG全体のグローバルサイバーセキュリティ戦略策定

■戦略を遂行するための仕組みづくり、および既存戦略の遂行プロセス高度化

■戦略に基づく各施策の推進、および進捗状況管理

【必須】

■サイバーセキュリティ領域の基礎知識(攻撃種類、防衛技術等)をお持ちの方

※上記かつ、下記いずれかの業務経験1年以上

・全社/事業部門の業務戦略企画

・コンサル会社等での業務戦略策定支援

・専門知識教育の企画推進

【歓迎】

■事業会社のシステム部門でのIT/サイバーセキュリティ戦略策定・企画管理の経験

■システム開発・導入・運用・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験

■多様な関係者の発言要旨を的確に捉え、論旨明快に議論・調整を図るコミュニケーション能力

■海外での勤務経験、もしくは英語での海外部署との日常的なコミュニケーションを伴う業務経験
