- 建築工事における品質安全管理及び技術指導相談役を募集します。

【 募集概略 】
建築工事における品質安全管理及び技術指導相談役を募集します。
一級建築士もしくは1級建築施工管理技士保有者で、現役のようにハードな現場監督や設計者としてではなくライト働きたい方を考えている方必見の内容です
【 具体的な業務内容 】
・各プロジェクト現場の品質・安全管理(現場巡回あり)
・建築士・建築施工管理技士の視点での技術指導
・若手社員等の育成フォロー
・各種書類の作成等付随する業務
【 主な案件 】
- 飲食店、物販店、サービス業態店、百貨店、量販店、理美容室、オフィス、ショールーム、医療施設、アミューズメント施設、スポーツ施設、ホテル施設・オフィス移転のプロジェクト管理 、サインやモニュメントの企画・デザイン・設計・制作施工・保守管理など様々な案件を担当。※既存クライアントの新規出店・改装対応がメインです。

【 同ポジションの魅力 】
・「第一線の現場監督」とは違い、資格・経験を活かして若手社員の技術的な相談に乗って頂いたり、適宜現場を巡回し安全・品質をチェックするといった業務がメインの業務です。
・在籍1年半で業務に慣れてきたら週1回程度のリモートワーク可能

- 一般社員というよりも、建築の技術的指導や、安全・品質管理する責任者に近いポジションです
【年収・給与】
< 月給目安 > 400,000円~ (固定残業手当45時間分/120,000円~含む)< 年収目安 > 5,000,000円~9,000,000円 前後※面接実施後に経験・年齢・保有資格を勘案し決定
【待遇・福利厚生】
通勤手当:交通費全額支給、資格手当:有、役職手当:有、時間外手当:固定残業手当(45時間分/120,000円~含む)超過分別途支給
